Join Portfolio Quality & Operations (PQ&O) as a Sr. Process Design Consultant within Cyber Security Technology (CST), where you will serve as a senior individual contributor focused on enterprise process design, operational improvement, and cross-functional transformation. This role will lead complex process improvement efforts that reduce risk, simplify execution, improve delivery consistency, and strengthen how cybersecurity technology work is planned, delivered, measured, and continuously improved. As a trusted advisor and change agent, this role will influence stakeholders across teams to design scalable, sustainable solutions that drive measurable business value.
Responsibilities
• Design and optimize enterprise processes that align to business strategy, risk expectations, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity technology delivery priorities.
• Lead complex process improvement initiatives that reduce operational friction, improve control adherence, increase consistency, and strengthen delivery outcomes.
• Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners to identify improvement opportunities, shape future-state operating models, and drive sustainable adoption.
• Facilitate transformation workshops, current-state assessments, root cause analysis, and future-state design sessions across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methods and quality practices in a practical, scalable way that is fit for the bank’s operating environment.
• Establish success measures, track improvement outcomes, and communicate progress, risks, and value realization to leadership.
• Embed continuous improvement practices into day-to-day operations to improve user experience, strengthen process maturity, and streamline technology delivery.
• Help advance PQ&O’s vision to safeguard and strengthen the bank’s strategic advantage by systematizing a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in process design, continuous improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, or related discipline.
• Advanced expertise in process design, continuous improvement, and structured problem solving.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale change, influence stakeholders, and drive adoption across matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, controls, compliance, and cybersecurity technology delivery; experience in information security / technology preferred.
• Ability to translate ambiguity into structured analysis, actionable recommendations, and sustainable workflows.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to define metrics, baseline performance, analyze trends, and measure business impact.
• Executive-level communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex concepts and tailor messaging for senior audiences.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills; must be a team player and a good listener.
Desired Qualifications
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience within financial services, technology, cybersecurity, or other highly regulated industries.
