Job Title: Sr. Principal Architect, Adobe

Compensation: $160,000 - $190,000

Location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin

Adswerve is looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to be a part of our growth into the Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform products, helping support our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing the Adobe Experience Platform from beginning to end.

This person will possess a natural tendency toward analytical thinking, combined with highly regarded client-facing consultative interpersonal skills! They will have a well-established background in leading large digital marketing initiatives in web and/or app analytics and possess programmatic problem-solving abilities.

This position will help some of the world's largest brands build and develop Adobe Experience Platform solutions to meet customers' business objectives and reporting needs! In addition, consultants help each customer implement the solution throughout their websites and applications, perform/oversee quality checks to ensure that the implementation work has been completed successfully, and diagnose and resolve technical issues when they arise.

Responsibilities

  • Leads multiple client relationships, including larger enterprise level clients, in an assigned portfolio of clients, including leading the strategic decisions and completion of all work in alignment with contract scope for the Adobe Analytics and/or Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Launch (Tags) function
  • Delivers value and customer retention/renewals through consultative and solution oriented approach, while establishing best practices within the team and for the client
  • Architect and build scalable Adobe Experience Platform implementations while guiding and mentoring team members
  • Understands how Adobe Experience Platform fits into a client's data infrastructure and develops a data strategy to use data effectively.
  • Identify client objectives, develop KPI framework and map suitable analytics solutions to ensure all required performance data can be reliably tracked and reported
  • Design customized solutions and technical tag implementation strategies to ensure proper tagging and reporting of digital data to drive high-quality, accurate business decisions.
  • Hands on integration of Customer Journey Analytics with other Adobe Experience Platform products.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of a client's website architecture, online business model, and online marketing strategy
  • Work with various team members to understand business drivers, goals, and outcomes using analytics and relationships
  • Demonstrate a strong strategic approach to integrate Adswerve's service offerings with the clients' goals for growth
  • Be the point person for implementation strategies based on clients needs and long term strategy, as assigned and required
  • Mentor, advise, and collaborate on career development of team members with managers - option to become a future manager of a technical team if all parties agree
  • Responsible for researching, forecasting, analysis, documentation, facilitation, problem-solving, and delivering on assigned tasks within project scope and budget
  • Create, implement and refine team standards, best practices, and processes
  • Handle multiple projects or large/complex streams of work

Experience

  • 10+ years of professional digital analytics experience
  • 5+ years designing data models and integrating data across multiple systems
  • Proven experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, tag management systems, and event-driven data layers
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses (Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Real-time CDP
  • Takes ownership and mitigates issues in a cross-collaborative organization
  • Ability to listen and understand business needs and creatively develop solutions
  • Exemplary project management and presentation skills, and ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Strong ability to lead clients and team members with varying degrees of experience

This position pays a base salary of $160,000 to $190,000 per year. This position is eligible for a semi-annual individual bonus based on performance and a year-end company bonus. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
