  • Develop as-built versus as-planned schedules to provide a manageable “snapshot” comparison of the project schedule.
  • You will be responsible for reporting on the status of all active projects assigned to you, and occasionally for generating specific reports for project teams. You will be responsible for attending and participating in internal project review meetings.
  • You will provide support to project teams by developing micro work schedules, what-if scenarios, and Time-Impact-Analysis (TIA) schedules as required.
  • You will be involved in the planning of projects as a member of the Pursuit team. You will be responsible for reading and understanding the RFP bid documents (schedule-related contractual requirements, drawings, and specifications).
  • You will be responsible for creating the Schedule for the Pursuit in Primavera P6, ensuring that the durations and relationships have been vetted by Superintendents, subtrades, and/or our internal Production Rates database (as required) and ensuring that the format, quality, and content of the schedule meet or exceed EllisDon’s Best Practices.
