As an Employment Law Paralegal here at Honeywell, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal team by managing various aspects of employment law cases, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and assisting in the development of legal strategies. In this role, you will impact the organization by providing essential support in legal matters related to employment law, thereby contributing to a fair and compliant workplace environment that aligns with Honeywell's values.


You will report directly to our Legal Counsel and will work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on an ONSITE work schedule.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of legal documents related to employment law cases.
  • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support employment law matters.
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • At least of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, specifically in employment law.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including compliance and litigation processes.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
  • Experience in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and procedures as they relate to employment law.
