We’re looking for a talented Sr. Organizational Development Partner to join our People & Culture team. At Reddit, our Org Development Partners play a critical role in building connections between our P&C strategy and the success of the business. They work closely with their HRBP counterparts to support their client groups on all things Talent Development & Talent Management related. With their vast experience in facilitating and delivering content, they proactively develop and consult on training solutions for their supported function. A key aspect of the Sr. OD Partner role is collaborating effectively and having significant influence with partners and stakeholders.
This role will be aligned with supporting Reddit’s Revenue organization.
Job Description:
- Develop trusted relationships with people leaders and Snoos by being a role model of Reddit’s Company Values
- Inspire, educate and influence people leaders to execute company People & Culture programs
- Be a critical thought partner for how we execute our Talent & Leadership Development programs, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with our Talent Management philosophy
- Partner with the central Org Development team to improve and iterate on Reddit’s current leadership, key talent, talent management, and professional development programs
- Collaborate with your HRBP counterparts to determine development needs and work quickly to identify, build and implement learning solutions
- Project manage complex timelines across multiple priorities and hold themselves and others accountable to those timelines
- Connect your work and contributions to align with and inform business strategies and objectives
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, having some previous experience as both an HRBP and L&D professional
- Expertise in developing on-demand and in-person learning experiences
- Expertise in HR competencies including talent management, organizational effectiveness, change management and coaching
- Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to partner with and coach various levels of employees ranging from individual contributors to managers
- Strong collaborative spirit, open to diverse perspectives, and new ideas
- Proactive and curious by nature. You are creative and enjoy taking unique approaches to solve problems
- Ability to navigate confidential information with professional maturity
- Pragmatic; you take an iterative approach to creating new learning experiences
- Has an entrepreneurial spirit and likes the challenge of building new and innovative things
- MBA or consulting experience preferred

This job posting may span more than one career level.
In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The base pay range for this position is:
$180,200—$252,300 USD
