Sr. Operations Representative
Responsibilities:
- Account Servicing Listens attentively to customers in order to address issues / questions responsibly; Updates
account information, as requested by the customer; Transfers the customer to the appropriate department, as needed
- Functional Knowledge: Displays expertise in product and service knowledge; Understands and adheres to company
policies and procedures.
- Training: Completes and passes assessment of the required web-based training (WBT) within timelines to prevent
potential job risks
- Servicing: Handles incoming calls to provide customers credit card usage information, verification of payment, online
technical support, and assist customers with other account-related concerns
Qualifications:
- College Level or Completed a Short Course, no experience required
- High School (Old Curriculum) or Sr. High School Graduate (K-12) with at least 1 year relevant experience
- Fluent in English and excellent conversational skills
- Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules primarily during Night Shift
- Must be willing to work in an office based setup
