Grapevine’s procurement software enables medical practices to save up to millions of dollars and hundreds of hours annually on ordering medical and surgical supplies. Our customers include private practices and publicly traded companies, scaling to meet the needs of healthcare providers nationwide. 

We are hiring a Sr. Operations Analyst to supercharge our customer onboarding process. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our technology and customer procurement operations to deliver excellence for our customers. Our impact should feel like magic to our customers and this role is pivotal in creating a truly remarkable experience. You’ll work out of our Tribeca office in NYC and report to Chris Brantley, Head of Finance and Operations.

• Onboard new customers into Grapevine’s procurement platform;

• Build new tools and reports in Excel/Sheets to create repeatable, accurate data operations;

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to optimize procurement outcomes; and

• Conduct analyses and create playbooks that will continue driving down pricing for customers.

• 4-8 years of operations/implementation experience in either 1) early stage tech company operations, 2) med-surg supplier/GPO contracts, 3) Sales for a med-surg supplier or GPO, or something similar;

• You’re highly organized, can execute a pre-existing playbook, and have the discretion to know when to change the playbook;

• You’re a wizard in Excel/Sheets;

• You’re quick on your feet; and

• You have an unmatched standard of excellence and urgency to deliver.

• Annual base salary of $90,000 - $120,000, representing Ops Level 3-4;

• Equity commensurate with the level of hire;
