About this role:

The People Team is seeking an experienced and passionate Sr. Program Manager to lead the onboarding and integration process for all employees hired across multiple locations domestically and internationally. The Onboarding Integration Program Manager will be responsible for the entire onboarding and integration process, from pre-hire engagement through the first year of employment, ensuring consistency across all roles, offices, and stakeholders. The successful incumbent will be able to build and maintain positive relationships throughout the Company, influence outcomes, and glean information from various sources to deliver tailored role-based journeys at a global level. 

A Day In The Life:

  • Responsible for the design and delivery of consistent nationwide onboarding, integration, and offboarding experiences.

  • Creates tailored programs that meet the needs of various levels of employees across various work locations, position types and departments, practice groups, and departments. 

  • Provide concierge onboarding service to all employees leadership and other key stakeholders

  • Coordinate all aspects of onboarding programs, including design, scheduling, implementation, facilitation, feedback gathering, and reporting.

  • Coordinates with HR Operations to confirm all new employee information needed for a successful onboarding experience is complete and accurate before the employee’s first day.

  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the Company; ensure each department, manager, and stakeholder effectively delivers against their respective onboarding commitments.

  • Partner with relevant teams across the Company to align expectations and create a shared definition of success

  • Ensure employee onboarding is managed seamlessly; codify cross-team processes and monitor realization of expectations.

  • Develop tools, templates, and resources to enable successful onboarding and train groups on desired outcomes.

  • Proactively communicates the status of all onboarding, including risks and delays, to stakeholders.

  • Establishes metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of these programs; analyzes feedback to surface trends, and continually implement improvements.

  • Main point of contact for onboarding and offboarding to address any issues that arise by finding resources needed for resolution

  • Responsible for ensuring all onboarding roles, tasks, and meetings are assigned, scheduled and executed.

  • Analyze all existing trends, provide actionable recommendations on ways to reduce turnover and improve integration, and implement them.

You Will Thrive In This Role If:

  • 7 + Years’ experience leading and coordinating programs across a large international organization with multiple office locations, and employee types.

  • Experience in Human Resources, Professional Development or Talent Acquisition preferred

  • Experience working in fast growing tech startups or startups in general, creating and delivering onboarding and integration programs preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation and facilitation skills

  • Presence to influence employees at all levels of the organization, including office leadership.

  • Passion for enablement of others and creating transformational and engaging employee experiences

  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills

  • Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation

  • Flexible/ self-starter, results-orientated, and strives for continuous improvement

  • Track record of effectively managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities with a strong sense of urgency

  • Must be able to pass a background check

Compensation Range:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $130,000-$140,000 plus company performance bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
