Responsibilities

- Various referrals campaign end to end roles execution from proposal creation, fulfilment and complains handling

- Support cross selling initiatives to bring more acquisition

- Monitor and tracking campaign fulfilment

- Manage onboarding communication journey post-acquisition

- Involve in Dynara project to bring more Treasures-Lite acquisitions


Requirements:

- Bachelor from reputable university

- Sound understanding in banking products and retail/ mass market segment

- Good communication in both spoken and written forms

- Good analytical and logical thinking skills

- Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively

- Highly motivated, self-driven, able to work without close supervision, making decision and strong control attitude

- Strong ownership and team spirit

- Demonstrated a track record of getting things done in fast-paced environment

- Able to converse in English and Bahasa to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
