The Senior OBIEE Developer position is a technical role within UEI’s IT department and has responsibility for the Business Intelligence and Oracle ERP applications footprint. This position will assist in executing the direction from the Director/Manager of Enterprise Applications. Strong partnership with stakeholders across the global enterprise is mandatory to deliver key initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Designs and develops new OBIEE reports, dashboards and ODI ETL processes following best practices.
- OBIEE configuration, extension, and support in Oracle EBS R12 environment.
- Assists the Lead BI & Development Manager of BI in executing the global BI Strategy and Vision in line with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Maintain consistent Business Intelligence technical architecture along with standards, policies, procedures, measures and organizational enhancements
- Collaborates with the Business to gather business requirements, design, develop and implement OBIEE reporting solutions.
- Provide on-call support on an as needed basis.
- Responsible for full lifecycle knowledge and support of OBIEE including business analysis, design, development, ETL, testing, deployment and support.
- Ensures that Business Intelligence services meet the required service support levels.
- Works with Internal Audit and supports SOX compliance requirements related to auditable applications.
- Some international travel may be required to support global business requirements.

Requirements :
- BE/Btech / ME/ MTech in CSE or MCA
- 7+ years of rich experience in OBIEE
- Strong expertise in the development of ODI (11g/12c), RPD code
- Experience in installing Oracle Analytics (OBIA - inclusive of all the underlying components such as ODI, BI Admin Tool (for RPD), OBIEE etc.)
- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12 data model (tables)
- Expertise with Oracle SQL Developer or similar query tools and strong understanding of PL/SQL and SQL Tuning
- Experience in Power BI is a strong plus.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Understanding of Data Warehouse principles and practices.
- Strong team player, partnering with senior/executive management and individual contributors.
