Your Role at Delta Faucet:
Are you a senior network engineer ready to shape how our enterprise stays connected? As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be accountable for the architecture, performance, reliability, and security of enterprise network services across multiple sites — including routing and switching, wireless, firewalls, remote connectivity, and network automation. Wireless is a core focus, with modernization and ongoing tuning needed as manufacturing environments evolve.
Responsibilities:
- Advance the architecture, design, and lifecycle management of enterprise network solutions across LAN, WAN, WLAN, and hybrid cloud environments.

- Lead the network automation approach, including configuration management, patching, and compliance using Cisco Catalyst Center, Ansible, and Python. Provide Tier 3 support for complex network and wireless issues; lead root cause analysis and drive long-term remediation.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, establishing standard methodologies and growing team technical capabilities.
- Configure and optimize Palo Alto firewalls and Panorama to support secure network architecture and segmentation.
- Partner with Security and OT teams to design and enforce secure network architectures, including segmentation and access control using Cisco ISE.
- Support and improve Meraki SD-WAN and enterprise connectivity solutions across sites.
- Develop and maintain network standards, architecture documentation, design records, and operational procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and architectural improvements aligned with business and modernization goals.
- Monitor performance trends and proactively improve capacity, reliability, and user experience.
- Lead vendor engagements, design reviews, and project delivery, ensuring alignment with standards and timelines.
- Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning for network services and infrastructure.
