cFocus Software seeks a Sr. Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) Analyst to join our program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This position is remote. This position requires the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
Qualifications:
  • Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to NEN programming including Network Enterprise Tool (NET), CLIN offerings, and NEN ordering
Duties:
 
  • Provide advanced technical and analytical support for Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) operations and maintenance.
  • Monitor network performance, availability, and security posture, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform network diagnostics and root cause analyses to support system stability and performance optimization.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other network infrastructure devices.
  • Support implementation of Navy cybersecurity and information assurance policies in network operations.
  • Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Analyze network traffic and logs to identify performance bottlenecks or security anomalies.
  • Collaborate with system administrators, cybersecurity teams, and engineers to ensure network integrity and compliance.
  • Support the integration and testing of new network technologies and enhancements.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on network health, incidents, and performance metrics to leadership.
  • Provide Tier III support and serve as an escalation point for complex network issues.
  • Participate in after-hours maintenance windows, upgrades, or incident response activities as required.
