- Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to NEN programming including Network Enterprise Tool (NET), CLIN offerings, and NEN ordering
- Provide advanced technical and analytical support for Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) operations and maintenance.
- Monitor network performance, availability, and security posture, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform network diagnostics and root cause analyses to support system stability and performance optimization.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other network infrastructure devices.
- Support implementation of Navy cybersecurity and information assurance policies in network operations.
- Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Analyze network traffic and logs to identify performance bottlenecks or security anomalies.
- Collaborate with system administrators, cybersecurity teams, and engineers to ensure network integrity and compliance.
- Support the integration and testing of new network technologies and enhancements.
- Prepare and deliver reports on network health, incidents, and performance metrics to leadership.
- Provide Tier III support and serve as an escalation point for complex network issues.
- Participate in after-hours maintenance windows, upgrades, or incident response activities as required.
