Scope & Attributes:
The Transformation and Growth Office (TGO) drives performance acceleration beyond AOP by embedding Baxter GPS–led operational excellence across the organization. The team strengthens execution discipline, operating rhythm, and decision governance, working in close partnership with commercial and regional leaders to translate priorities into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Baxter GPS Deployment & Operational Excellence
- Lead and support deployment and maturation of the Baxter GPS, embedding continuous improvement principles, standard work, and execution rigor across commercial and distributor operations
- Coordinate and support critical Kaizen events, ensuring disciplined problem definition, root‑cause analysis, and follow‑through on agreed improvement actions
- Support goal setting and deployment by translating enterprise and regional priorities into aligned, measurable objectives at cluster and functional levels
- Enable consistent operating cadence through structured performance routines and GPS forums
2. Performance Management & Operating Cadence
- Coordinate and enable the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, ensuring disciplined preparation, robust performance insights, and clear actions
- Drive performance transparency through standardized metrics and dashboards covering growth, margin, productivity, and execution
- Support AOP planning and in‑year reviews with fact‑based diagnostics, trend analysis, and identification of risks and gaps
- Use performance insights to surface execution bottlenecks and support corrective actions in partnership with Commercial, Finance, and Transformation teams
3. Distributor Excellence & Execution Support
- Support deployment of distributor management excellence standards and best practices, enabling consistent application across clusters
- Enable distributor performance management mechanisms to improve visibility on results, highlight gaps early, and support timely corrective actions
- Partner with Commercial and Finance to identify margin leakage, productivity gaps, and operational inefficiencies within distributor models
- Support selected channel and business model transformation initiatives from an execution and operational readiness perspective, ensuring business continuity
Education/Professional Qualifications:
- Strong background in either operations, business performance, or commercial finance, with the ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes
- Hands‑on experience in business performance management, operating cadence, and distributor‑based business models in complex, multi‑market environments
- Significant experience in or exposure to operational excellence and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Baxter GPS or equivalent), with a pragmatic, execution‑oriented mindset
- Very good business acumen and strong communication skills to be able to interact at various levels of the organization
