The Marketing Operations Analyst will be a key business partner supporting strategy, performance, and operational execution for the Demand and Sales Development (SDR) teams. They will collaborate with leadership to support the operating rhythm, monitor performance, and provide insights and recommendations to help the team meet its goals. This role involves analyzing marketing performance, optimizing processes, and using insights to drive strategy and improve effectiveness. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this role will also play a crucial role in change management, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and tools through collaboration, communication, and performance tracking. This dynamic position will require working with multiple cross-functional teams.
Core Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to Demand and SDR leaders, offering proactive insights and recommendations to enhance performance and efficiency.

Support the entire lead management process, including lead scoring and marketing attribution. Ensure smooth operations and quality at every stage of the prospect journey, from Marketing to SDRs and Sales handoffs.

Support the creation of KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and reports to provide insights and guide decision-making for the marketing team. Help convey performance through analytics and visualizations.

Identify when processes hinder accurate information capture and recommend improvements to enhance both workflows and data quality. Ensure data accuracy in core systems to support smooth operations.

Use insights from the customer journey to spot opportunities for improving the experience and business outcomes.

Lead business cadences & activities such as program reviews, SPIFFs, and weekly/monthly/quarterly operational reviews.

Work with Operational Excellence and IT to align on initiatives and roadmaps for building a top-tier technology stack that supports our business processes. Serve as a link to the field to ensure understanding and compliance.

Effectively communicate, market and reinforce operational processes and enablement programs.
Experience & Skills:

BS/BA in a related field
-
Atleast 4 years prior experience in Marketing and/or Sales Operations

Deep understanding of marketing and sales processes and systems (e.g., lead management, attribution, prospecting).

Proven experience working with management in sales and marketing teams.

Proactive in managing objectives, finding improvements, and executing plans.

Ability to analyze information and present insights clearly.

Self-starter who can multitask, work independently, and prioritize tasks.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools.

Experience with SalesForce.com, ZoomInfo, Drift, ChiliPiper, Marketo, Google Analytics, Outreach, Gong, or similar sales and marketing tech platforms.
