The Role

It’s an exciting time to join the marketing team responsible for delivering aggressive growth for a top enterprise priority: Advice Growth. As Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing strategy, roadmap, and cross-functional execution to grow our Advice client base through a combination of cross-sell and prospect marketing. You’ll collaborate closely with business, sales, and technology partners to develop and implement strategies that help more investors benefit from personalized advice.

This role:

  • Leads development of marketing strategy and roadmap to achieve business growth objectives.

  • Guides teams in executing against strategic priorities and delivering measurable outcomes.

  • Coaches team on business acumen, product knowledge, and marketing strategy to drive clarity and impact.

  • Builds strong partnerships across business, sales, product, and investment teams to align and optimize growth initiatives to business objectives.

  • Leads a team of cross-functional contributors in developing and prioritizing marketing initiatives to deliver on growth goals.

  • Drives a data-led marketing program by setting performance goals, encouraging insight-driven experimentation, and continuously optimizing strategy through measurable feedback.

  • Maintains awareness of industry trends and competitive forces to inform strategy and serve as a trusted advisor.

  • Ensures all steps are taken to mitigate risk and maintains control, compliance, audit, and legal requirements in marketing plans.

What it takes:

  • Minimum eight years related work experience, three years of marketing experience.

  • Market strategy experience

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing or equivalent experience required.

  • While this role does not have direct reports, qualified candidates must have demonstrated success in leading and influencing a cross-functional team.

  • Serves as critical lead in forecasting and reporting marketing results.
