Sr. Marketing Digital and Program Specialist, Smart Energy

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Job Summary: This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, demand and growth using digital programs, integrated campaigns and paid media. This role requires strong digital marketing and program management skils with the ability to manage and execute global marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing, paid media and ABM programs and activation to drive awareness, demand and market penetration for Smart Energy.
  • Manage paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
  • Lead and drive digital campaigns and marketing programs to deliver GBE marketing pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including customer marketing, leadership, sales, product management, and customer service, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Create and manage digital marketing strategies, working closely with shared services marketing team
  • Optimize campaign performance by tracking, analyzing, and reporting the effectiveness of campaigns based on data insights.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure marketing strategies are innovative and effective.

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, customer marketing, partner marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making to improve campaign performance.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, ABM platforms and analytics platforms (e.g., Marketo, Adobe, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
