CASETiFY is seeking a creative and proactive Sr. Marketing Associate /Assistant Manager to join our Korea team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing programs and key Events/Pop-up across both online and offline channels, while acting as a key bridge between the Korea team and Hong Kong headquarters to ensure seamless localization and execution of global campaigns. You will take ownership of influencer partnerships, product seeding, and large-scale retail Events/Pop-ups—including flagship and pop-up projects—delivering high-quality content and impactful brand experiences, while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on cultural trends and data-driven optimization
Job Description
Brand Events/Pop-up & Retail Projects
- Lead end-to-end execution of major Events/Pop-up in key retail hubs such as Dosan and Seongsu
- Own and manage the Events/Pop-up calendar, ensuring alignment with global campaign timelines and local priorities
- Oversee large-scale pop-up projects (e.g., major collaborations), coordinating internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful customer experiences
Offline Event & Pop-up Management
- Plan and execute offline marketing events including flagship Events/Pop-ups launches
- Coordinate vendors, partners, and logistics to ensure seamless on-site execution
- Ensure all Events/Pop-ups are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards
Influencer Marketing Execution
- Execute end-to-end influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, including creator sourcing, outreach, and seeding operations
- Identify and onboard emerging creators aligned with brand positioning and campaign objectives
- Manage influencer deliverables and timelines to ensure high-quality content output
Performance Tracking & Insights
- Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as Reach, Engagement, and ROAS
- Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns
- Leverage data to continuously improve influencer selection and Events/Pop-up strategies
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and key partners
- Collaborate closely with Global/HQ teams to localize global campaigns effectively
- Act as a key point of contact across internal teams (Retail, Marketing, HQ) to ensure alignment and execution excellence
Market & Trend Intelligence
- Monitor social media, lifestyle, and retail trends to identify new opportunities for brand growth
- Translate market insights into actionable campaign ideas and Events/Pop-up strategies
- Stay ahead of viral trends to enhance brand relevance and cultural impact
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 4–8 years of experience in brand Events/Pop-up, influencer marketing, or PR/marketing roles. Experience with consumer lifestyle, fashion, or retail brands is highly preferred. Proven track record in managing end-to-end campaigns or large-scale Events/Pop-ups is a plus.
- Skills: Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets/Slides) and familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
- Cultural Fit: Strong understanding of Gen-Z trends, social media culture, and the local influencer landscape, with a keen eye for emerging trends and viral opportunities.
- Language: Native Korean and business-level English (essential for communication with Hong Kong HQ and global stakeholders).
- Mindset: A proactive, hands-on “can-do” attitude with strong ownership, capable of thriving in fast-paced environments and handling high-pressure Events/Pop-ups and campaign timelines.
