  • Cross-Functional Hardware Troubleshooting: Collaborate closely with hardware, mechanical, and software engineers to systematically evaluate, characterize, and troubleshoot high-frequency product performance issues and calibration drifts.
  • Manufacturing Operations & Process Architecture: Lead a cross-functional team defining assembly processes, optimized manufacturing floor layouts, and comprehensive production rollout plans for new products.
  • Product Structure & Configuration Management: Drive product structure development, including creating multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs), structuring variants, and managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) utilizing SAP ERP systems.
  • Regulatory & Quality Compliance Governance: Coordinate and assist in execution of compliance and quality testing, ensuring hardware builds strictly adhere to ISO 9001 quality standards and global RoHS/REACH environmental directives.
