About the Job

You will report into the Vice President, Transformation

You will identify and assess strategic problems from multiple lenses (e.g. consumer, competitor, financial)

You will develop data-driven recommendations and shape scalable execution plans.

You will deliver compelling presentations to enhance decision-making and propose solutions to open questions and risks.

You will establish trusting relationships with important partners throughout the company.

You will manage large-scale projects which support enterprise priorities in partnership with the VP, Transformation.
About You
-
5+ years of experience, including at least 2+ years with a top-tier strategy consulting firm.

Experience developing holistic strategies through a structured, project-based approach.

Proficiency working with financial models and quantitative approaches.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

Experience leading project teams and presenting complex information in an easily understandable format tailored to a variety of audiences.

Knowledge and interest in retail, technology, and innovation.

BA/BS Degree and MBA preferred.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $116,300- $175,900 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
