We are currently seeking a Sr. Manager, Technical Program Management to deliver Corporate Real Estate (CRE) technology programs and projects for our clients to join our JLL Technologies Program and Project Management Team. As Sr. Manager, Technical Program Management, you’ll have responsibility for leading a global team of program and project managers in delivering on our clients’ real estate technology projects, working in partnership with our client’s global team. You will drive consistent, quality delivery across all projects, ensuring they run smoothly, and that project risks and issues are managed proactively. The Sr. Manager, Technical Program Management is accountable for quality, on time, and in-budget delivery. The Program and Project Management team is a client-facing team that specializes in delivery of complex CRE technology projects to JLLT clients, inclusive of change management, training and technology success and adoption.
What this job involves
As a Sr. Manager, Technical Program Management, you will be directly responsible for:
- Lead a team of 6-10 program and project managers to deliver the client’s global CRE technology related programs and projects in alignment with client strategy and technology roadmap
- Accountable for quality and timely delivery of complex technology programs and projects. While this role does have management responsibilities, it also requires direct client-facing delivery as well.
- Overall accountability for technical program and project management delivery for assigned team. Accountable to drive resolution of escalations. Primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure PM rigor and consistency in documentation, delivery, and communication. Oversee teem and ensure high quality program and project management delivery, inclusive of project framework, comprehensive project plan, quality meeting minutes, status updates, risk management plan, budget tracking and management, scope management, and steering meetings
- Proactively manage executive stakeholder expectations; effectively communicate with and influence senior stakeholders, both informally and formally through portfolio governance
- Effectively manage program risk. Acts as a point of internal and external escalation for problem solving and conflict resolution on the program
- Ensure that the documentation related to projects is complete and provide key metrics allowing client leadership to make the right decisions
- Support development of continuous improvement mechanisms to ensure that tools and processes are constantly evolving
- Establish strong business relationships with key stakeholders, bringing a consultative approach, and sharing information around best practices and market trends to help drive stakeholder decision-making

- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, Master’s degree preferred
- 15+ Years of program and project management experience. PMP certified preferred. Agile experience a plus. (CSM certification)
- Experience with IWMS or other Corporate Real Estate technologies strongly preferred
- Experience with corporate real estate functions highly desirable
- Ability to thrive in a high-pace environment
- Ability to work across global time zones as required
- Strong consultative skills and organizational prowess
- Strong written and verbal communications skills; ability to effectively communicate with global stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive and situational leadership skills in people and project management
- Self-motivation and desire to always deliver with excellence
- Experience working in large global organizations with complex technical environments as well as dealing with internal and external customers, service providers and vendors
- Strong customer focus with a demonstrated ability to work seamlessly with business stakeholders, end-users, vendors, and technology teams.
- Ability to operate independently with general guidance

Estimated total compensation for this position:
192,000.00 – 210,000.00 USD per year
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
