Job Description
The Clinical Trial Capabilities (CTC) organization offers infrastructure, support, and solutions enabling the Clinical Operations and Development Organizations with rapid, efficient, and compliant clinical trial execution to deliver transformative medicines to patients.
The Vault Clinical Business Admin support team is responsible for supporting Vault Clinical Governance, including business change control, data governance, report request activities as well as system support.

Job Description:
Leading workstreams for the Gilead Vault Clinical implementation in collaboration with Line Manager
Conducting day-to-day operational activities according to agreed business processes for (Veeva) Vault Clinical support
Contributing to workshops for problem solving
Experience with Change Control, Configuration Management and other Governance activities such as Data Stewardship and Governance
Maintaining the Vault Clinical SharePoint Site (SharePoint Online skills essential)
Maintaining the business operations user manual
Business admin of the Vault Clinical system using agreed Business operational processes and procedures
Take part in end user testing and end to end testing from a user perspective
Participating in end user office hours, preparing FAQs and recommendations for operational change management activities
Required Knowledge/Skills:
Technical Skills:
Advanced level MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Strong technical ability with SharePoint
Strong technical ability with project repositories
SharePoint Online skills
System Operational support:
Ability to work independently without micro-management

4+ years of relevant experience (project management, process improvement) 2+ years of Clinical Operations Experience, including leading various stages of the clinical trial process and cross-functional experience
Experience working with one or more therapeutic areas and varying stages of drug development is a plus
