Job Summary**
The Sr. Manager in Tech@Lilly Business Capabilities and Operations team serves as the technology business partner to the CMO teams. This role is accountable for shaping and executing the HCP engagement technology strategy to enable broader reach, elevating the digital experience for HCPs, and driving scalable and high impact tech solutions. The role combines business partnership, tech leadership, solution integration, and innovation driver to empower and elevate HCP education impact.
Job Responsibilities**
* Act as the trusted technology partner to CMO teams. Co‑develop the HCP engagement strategy with clear articulation of tech’s role, value, and solutions to achieve broader reach
* Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify, shape, and prioritize value‑driven tech solutions
* Actively influence and engage business leaders, co-create compelling business cases and tech solutions to secure alignment and investment decisions
* Lead and manage the full lifecycle of IT solution delivery, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Collaborate closely with local and global delivery teams to ensure the high quality of the tech solutions
* Drive continuous iteration and optimization of tech solutions/capabilities, leveraging new technologies and methodologies.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT.
* Strong expertise in MarTech solutions. Familiarity with AI solutions, particularly in LLM and agents. Demonstrated solid experience in delivering tech solutions that drives tangible business outcomes
* Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable technology roadmaps.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) is required.
