Candidate in this role is able to understand the complex challenges of global Order to Cash (OTC) processes while marrying system capabilities to meet those needs. This role will own operations and solutions development for SAP business processes such as Customer Management, Order Management, Billing and Accounts Receivable

The individual will collaborate with business partners and stakeholder from customer and Sales Operations, Finance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain to implement processes, deliver technical solutions, and execute continuous improvement using SAP S/4HANA and a variety of Commercial applications. In addition, this role will collaborate with business colleagues to establish operational processes for new project initiation and continuous improvements.

  • Serve as an SAP Order to Cash expert. You will use your experience in defining, designing, and configuration across SAP Sales & Distribution functional areas
  • Hands-on functional configuration and design experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD)
  • Collaborate with business users to understand business requirements to achieve key business goals and translate those to SAP Solutions.
  • Contribute to solution design, configuration/development, documentation, training, troubleshooting, and support activities.
  • Define project Scope and develop project plan to includes, project implementation estimates of time frames, quality and quantity of resources required, RAID to successfully implement project.
  • Design enhancements to SAP standard solution or new custom solution, and work with developers to implement the solution.
  • Stay current with and adopt new tools and applications to ensure high quality and efficient solutions while proposing to leadership ideas to keep us innovating and remaining relevant.
  • Provide clear documentation for delivered solutions and processes, integrating documentation with the appropriate corporate stakeholders.
  • Additional duties as may be assigned from time to time.
  • Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required.
  • Contribute to an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.
  • Navigate the complexities of cross-border and/or diverse teams and engagements

Here's What You'll Need (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree with 10 years of hands-on SAP Experience; with last 5 years in an IT management/leadership role
  • Self-directed with effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to drive results on multiple complex assignments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated performance as SAP Sales & Distribution Solution Architect
  • Experience in configuring and deploying Sales & Billing solutions, Intercompany, Pricing, Make to Order, variant configuration, 3PL/4PL and integration with other modules like FI/ CO/ IM/WM/ MM/PP, APO
  • SAP S/4HANA experience
  • Proficiency with SAP and non-SAP integration with EDI, Manufacturing and logistics/XPS systems
  • Hands on experience with SD integration with all S4 modules
  • Ability to understand business requirements, manage user stories and define, document, design & deliver SAP Configurations, and functional specifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with business and technical people alike.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, communication and inter-personal skills
  • Quick learner. Demonstrate initiative and ownership.
  • Be self-driven, willing to collaborate, think creatively, and drive tasks to completion with minimal oversight.

The wage range for a new hire into this position is $133,600 to $183,700.
