We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and collaborative Sr Manager of Sales Enablement to help drive success within our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the onboarding experience, delivering impactful training programs, and optimizing the tools and processes our team relies on every day. Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our Sales team (10+ individuals) and key stakeholders to design and deliver effective onboarding, ongoing training, and enablement initiatives.
- Identify areas for growth and knowledge gaps within the Sales team, creating impactful training programs that enhance performance, product expertise, and confidence.
- Become a subject matter expert on our product and offerings to deliver relevant, high-quality content and training that aligns with evolving business needs.
- Design and lead training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs focused on prospecting strategies, industry trends, and customer personas.
- Review and analyze conversations in Gong to identify insights and recommend areas for continuous improvement.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding experience, ensuring new hires feel supported, empowered, and confident from day one through their entire sales journey.
- Organize and oversee major initiatives such as annual revenue kickoffs, leadership offsites, and sales training calendars, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
- Support the team’s productivity by managing tools and resources, including Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Gong. Provide prompt assistance to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Maintain and update sales enablement resources, ensuring the internal Notion wiki remains a go-to hub for tools, playbooks, and processes.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations to develop dashboards and reports to track enablement success and inform strategy adjustments.
- Partner with hiring managers to provide feedback on new hire performance, ensuring a smooth transition and timely adjustments as needed.
- Lead engaging virtual and in-person workshops to ensure both remote and in-office employees feel equally connected and empowered.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement or a related field, with a track record of developing and delivering impactful enablement programs.
- Experience in the enterprise SaaS or technology industry, with strong familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of sales frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale) is a bonus but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction by working with stakeholders, translating needs into a clear global strategy.
- Exceptional project management skills: adept at juggling multiple initiatives and managing timelines effectively.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable using data to inform business decisions, track progress, and drive outcomes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills: ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences and convey complex concepts clearly.
- Experience working in global and remote teams is highly valued but not required.
