Job Summary

Responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, execution, and governance of complex international programs that drive global expansion and establish new operating models. This role requires exceptional cross-functional leadership, advanced process analysis, and program management expertise to ensure successful deployment and alignment with international product and business objectives. Additionally, the position oversees strategic program planning, facilitates high-impact meetings, and manages the implementation of regulatory, tax, and business initiatives—building requirements and fostering effective collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Leads program strategy and planning across multiple countries.
  • Drives collaboration to develop and align an integrated program plan across cross-functional groups.
  • Facilitates meetings to align stakeholders, resolve issues, and ensure progress.
  • Leads and develops direct reports and operational teams to deliver results through clear direction, coaching, and collaboration.
  • Analyzes and optimizes complex processes to support the new operating model.
  • Prepares and presents program updates, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Manages strategic planning for system development, program governance and internal processes.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
  • Conducts feasibility assessments, capability gap analysis (i.e., what is wanted vs. what is attainable).
  • Practices independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Practices regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
