WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

The Sr. Manager, Network Insights serves as a key leader within North America Network Operations, operating at the intersection of Distribution Center Operations, Network Planning, Continuous Improvement, Technology, Data & Analytics, and AI-enabled business transformation. This role partners closely with Network Operations Directors, Distribution Center leadership teams, Continuous Improvement leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders across North America Supply Chain.
As the central coordinator for NA logistics network insights, the Sr. Manager focuses on the biggest challenges facing the logistics network, developing standardized logic and frameworks to service network planning needs, identifying trends and network level impacts of order, allocation, and capacity conditions. This leader will connect Network Operations with enterprise partners including Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, AI and Automation teams, Technology organizations, and Business Intelligence resources. The role is responsible for ensuring analytical investments, reporting capabilities, and emerging technologies are aligned to the highest-value network opportunities and business priorities.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As the Sr. Manager, Network Insights, you will help shape the future of North America Network Operations by leading a team of analysts focused on overall planning of the network as well as the strategy, prioritization, and deployment of analytical capabilities leveraging centralized support organizations to improve operational performance across the distribution center network.

  • Develop and maintain a network-wide insights and planning tool roadmap.
  • Translate business priorities into analytical requirements and solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to Data Engineering, Advanced Analytics, AI, Automation, and Technology teams for Network Planning.
  • Coordinate and prioritize analytical demand across the network.
  • Build visibility tools where enterprise solutions do not exist.
  • Identify trends, risks, constraints, and performance abnormalities across distribution centers.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and actionable recommendations.
  • Support strategic and transformational network and planning initiatives.
  • Serve as the Network Operations lead for AI adoption and utilization.
  • Drive a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution operations, planning, analytics, business intelligence, or related functions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business problems into logical, analytical, and mathematical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven team leadership with multiple direct reports

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience with AI, automation, analytics, or data products.
  • Lean/Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience
