Job Description
 

 Key Responsibilities
1. Veeva CRM / PromoMats / SFMC(Marketing Automation) などのグローバルソリューションのオペレーション標準化

  • グローバル主導のソリューションにおいて、グローバル標準機能を理解し保ちつつ、日本の業務プロセスに適合した形で導入・改善・標準化を推進

  • グローバル標準と日本の業務プロセスの差異、およびBU間の差異を理解しつつ、標準化する解決策を提案・実装する

  • 各種ソリューションをBU横断で展開し、ギリアドジャパンとしての運用モデルの標準化を図る

  • ソリューションの定着化支援として、ユーザへのトレーニング提供、問い合わせ対応などのユーザサポートを実施する

2. Contents Excellence

  • プロモーション資材の作成、審査プロセスの効率化を、グローバル社内ベンダーおよび資材審査部門と連携・協業し、マーケティング部に提案・実装・推進していく

  • Promomats上のソリューションであるModular Contentsの活用推進して、コンテンツ作成を効率的に加速化させる

3. AIソリューションを含むデジタルソリューション運用最適化・改善

  • デジタルソリューションの活用状況や業務プロセスのモニタリングを行い、課題抽出する

  • ローカルで導入するAIソリューションに関して、導入部署からの引継ぎを受け、活用できるよう運用モデルを構築・推進する。

  • 課題やKPI、運用指標に基づき、改善施策の提案を行い、実行に移す

4. ステークホルダー連携

  • 複数のグローバルチーム、CPCとの情報/業務の連携・調整

  • 部内メンバ、IT、各BUマーケティング部、資材審査部門などとの連携・調整

  • 外部ベンダーのマネジメント

5. ガバナンス・コンプライアンス

  • デジタル施策・資材管理におけるコンプライアンス遵守

  • 適切な業務フロー設計の構築

■ Required Qualifications (Knowledge and experience)

  • グローバル主導の社内デジタルソリューション(例:CRM、PromoMats、SFMCなど)の運用実務経験があり、あるべき活用モデルを構想・設計し、日本市場に適した導入・運用を推進できる

  • Microsoft officeやTableauを用いて、社内外のデータ集計・統合・分析および、ユーザ/システム要件や施策を可視化・報告が可能である

  • デジタルチャネルを含むマルチチャネルデータ管理に関する理解があり、社内活動データ、二次データ、外部データを適切に扱える

  • AIソリューション・ツールの概要を理解し、継続的に学び活用方法を考察できる

  • 製薬業界におけるデータプライバシーおよびコンプライアンスを理解し、適切な運用管理ができる

  • ベンダーマネジメントスキル(契約管理、コスト/時間/品質管理)を有し、外部パートナーとの協業を円滑に推進できる。

  • 部門横断のコミュニケーションを実践し、プロジェクトを円滑に推進できる

  • 日本語および英語で、ステークホルダーの要望を理解し、交渉及び調整が可能である

  • 3年以上の、製薬業界またはヘルスケア業界におけるCommercial IT業務、CRM運用業務またはデジタル施策の企画・運用の経験

  • 言語:日本語、英語ともにステークホルダーの要望理解、交渉、提案といったビジネスレベルの会話ができる

Skills Required

  • Operational experience with global digital solutions (e.g., CRM, PromoMats, SFMC) and ability to design and implement Japan-appropriate usage models
  • Ability to aggregate, integrate, analyze data and visualize requirements/reports using Microsoft Office and Tableau
  • Understanding of multi-channel data management and handling of internal activity, secondary, and external data
  • Familiarity with AI solutions/tools and ability to evaluate and apply them operationally
  • Knowledge of data privacy and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry and ability to manage operations accordingly
  • Vendor management skills including contract, cost, time, and quality management
  • Cross-functional communication and project facilitation skills
  • Business-level Japanese and English for stakeholder understanding, negotiation, and coordination
  • 3+ years experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare commercial IT, CRM operations, or digital campaign planning/operations
  • Experience in regulated environments or pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience participating in global projects
  • Knowledge of marketing trends/best practices and ability to share/apply within team
  • Experience in data analysis and KPI design
