Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid)

The Role

As the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing for UGG North America, you’ll be a strategic and collaborative leader responsible for developing and delivering consumer-centric campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. You’ll ensure strong strategic planning, channel-specific rigor, and executional excellence across all brand marketing initiatives, leading cross-functional teams and leveraging data and insights to bring complex campaigns to life across multiple consumer touchpoints.

Your Impact

  • Lead integrated marketing strategy and planning for North America, aligning brand and business objectives with regional consumer insights and global brand vision
  • Own seasonal planning from pre-season through execution, ensuring alignment to key milestones and timely delivery of plans
  • Develop clear, compelling, and insight-driven creative briefs that translate regional needs into actionable direction
  • Partner closely with channel leads across digital, retail, social, PR, and wholesale marketing for cohesive execution
  • Lead monthly integrated planning calendars and cross-functional share-outs with North America and Global teams
  • Oversee execution of 360° marketing campaigns, ensuring excellence in delivery and ongoing optimization
  • Lead post-campaign analysis and recaps, synthesizing insights and opportunities to inform future strategies
  • Manage timelines, workflows, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Maintain a strong pulse on culture, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to inform strategy and drive differentiation
  • Continuously explore innovative marketing approaches and best practices to elevate brand impact

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, or a related field; experience within fashion, lifestyle, or footwear preferred
  • Inclusive, collaborative leader who builds strong, trusting relationships and incorporates diverse perspectives
  • Skilled in people development, coaching, and fostering accountability and continuous improvement
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to translate insights and data into actionable strategies
  • Experienced in managing complex, multi-channel campaigns across digital, retail, and wholesale
  • Adaptable and agile, leading through change and embracing new ways of working
  • Innovative, always seeking opportunities for integration and improvement
  • Clear and impactful communicator, confident presenting to senior leadership
  • Authentic and trustworthy, navigating challenging conversations with integrity

$160,000 - $170,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in New York City, New York. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
