About the Role
The Sr. Influencer Marketing Manager owns full-funnel influencer marketing and campaign architecture, aligning every activation to ColourPop's brand go-to-market strategy across our key channels: retail, digital, and offline. What You'll Own
As the strategic lead for influencer marketing across our brands, you'll focus on influencer community growth, brand alignment, and efficiency. You'll build high-impact influencer frameworks that integrate seamlessly with broader marketing and brand strategy, and set the influencer mix, campaign architecture, and performance benchmarks that drive brand equity and business results. You will manage paid and organic, always-on and moment-driven, talent and influencer community, and you translate every initiative into measurable outcomes. Your work is rooted in data, cultural relevance, and storytelling, and it aligns to the overarching marketing strategy and target consumer.Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing Strategy (Paid & Organic)- Serve as the strategic lead for influencer marketing across brands, owning long-term vision, brand alignment, and scalable growth.
- Own the full paid and organic influencer strategy across every launch, campaign, and seasonal moment.
- Develop and execute integrated influencer strategies tailored to each brand's identity and audience, aligned to the broader social calendar and marketing plan.
- Set the influencer mix, campaign architecture, and performance benchmarks across all tiers, aligned to each channel's revenue objectives.
- Design and manage influencer campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Co-manage a cross-functional coordinator to drive seamless campaign and go-to-market execution.
- Stay on the cutting edge of influencer marketing, bringing disruptive new ideas, formats, and platforms to the table.
- Build and own ColourPop's creator and talent roster — sourcing, vetting, and prioritizing influencers across all tiers for both paid and organic work.
- Lead recruitment of new talent while deepening relationships with our existing creator community.
- Cultivate a strong network of creators and their agents, and lead high-value negotiations and long-term partnerships.
- Manage talent relationships, outreach, and performance data within influencer CRM and performance platforms (e.g., Traackr, CreatorIQ).
- Own relationships with influencer agencies and data platforms, keeping the team ahead of platform news and new capabilities.
- Partner with the Social team to reinvigorate, structure, and scale ColourPop's community ambassador program.
- Build always-on ambassador and VIP structures that turn influencers into long-term brand advocates.
- Strategically scale the influencer affiliate and VIP program, reporting on top drivers and overall performance.

- Measure influencer performance against brand awareness, efficiency, and ROAS/iROAS.
- Apply fluency in paid media analytics (ROAS, iROAS, CPM, CPE) to plan, optimize, and defend spend.
- Assess and pressure-test attribution and tracking tools so influencer is measured accurately alongside other paid channels.
- Use EMV as one input among several, never as a standalone measure of impact.
- Track KPIs, deliver performance reports to the VP of Marketing, and leverage insights to refine strategy and inform future campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand and Growth teams across all strategic and executional work.
- Partner with the the Growth lead on paid media campaign support powered by influencer assets.
Minimum Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in influencer marketing and/or brand communications; both in-house and agency experience preferred, ideally in a multi-brand setting.
- Proven track record building and scaling both paid and organic influencer programs, always-on and campaign-driven.
- Experience building and owning a creator/talent roster, including recruitment, vetting, negotiation, and long-term relationship management.
- Experience scaling affiliate, VIP, and community ambassador programs.
- Strong network of influencers and agents across lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or consumer goods.
- Proven leadership and team management experience, including managing direct reports.
- Data-savvy, with fluency in paid media analytics (ROAS, iROAS, CPM, CPE) and experience assessing attribution and tracking tools.
- Experience with influencer data and CRM platforms such as Traackr and CreatorIIQ; comfortable using EMV as one input among many, not a standalone measure.
- Well-versed in social media channels (paid and organic), trends, branded content development, and influencer/social metrics and analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills — verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.
- Passion for emerging trends in digital culture, social media, and brand storytelling.
- Experience with experiential or event marketing is a plus.
