Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership
- Serve as a key member of the HR leadership team and a strategic advisor to senior executives across key organizational functions.
- Translate business objectives into integrated HR strategies that drive performance, innovation, and employee engagement.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support business transformation and scalability.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build HR capabilities across the team to support evolving business needs and talent priorities.
Talent & Culture Strategy
- Drive enterprise-wide talent strategies including succession planning, leadership development, and diversity, & inclusion.
- Champion a high-performance culture aligned with Comcast’s values and growth ambitions.
Operational Excellence & Analytics
- Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making, measure impact, and continuously improve HR programs and processes.
- Harness advanced AI tools to analyze HR data, uncover patterns, and generate predictive insights that inform strategic workforce planning and talent management
- Ensure HR operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with cross-functional leaders in key stakeholder groups to align HR initiatives with enterprise goals.
- Act as a culture ambassador and change agent, ensuring employee voices are heard and reflected in strategic decisions.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Proven success in supporting high-growth or transformation-focused business units.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels of the organization.
- Deep expertise in organizational development, talent strategy, and change leadership.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and HR analytics tools.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
