Title: Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics
Location: US-Remote
About the role
We’re hiring a Sr Manager, Insights & Analytics to define and lead our company-wide analytics strategy and execution. This role is central to how we understand our consumers, creators, and brand partners, and turn data into a competitive advantage.
You’ll work cross-functionally with executives, product leaders, engineers, and GTM teams to influence key decisions and shape the future of our platform. We're looking for a technical, hands-on leader who’s equally comfortable managing a team and jumping into code or dashboards when needed. Someone who thrives in ambiguity, simplifies complexity, and turns insights into outcomes.
How you will make an impact
- Define the Analytics Vision: Set the strategy for analytics across internal operations, product intelligence, and customer-facing insights.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Hire, develop, and mentor analysts and data engineers to build scalable, high-impact solutions.
- Partner Across the Business: Work closely with Finance, Product, Engineering, and GTM to align on metrics, uncover trends, and solve critical business problems.
- Own End-to-End Execution: From infrastructure to insights to ensure the team builds clean pipelines, scalable dashboards, and actionable analytics.
- Ensure Data Quality & Trust: Champion governance, consistency, and reliability across the company’s data stack.
- Drive Strategic Decision-Making: Surface insights that move the needle on growth, monetization, retention, and customer experience.
What you will bring to LTK
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, including 5+ in team leadership.
- Hands-on mastery of SQL, Python, and preferably BigQuery or similar cloud data platforms.
- Proven record of influencing execs and cross-functional teams through data-backed storytelling.
- Deep understanding of SaaS and marketplace metrics: ARR, CAC, CLTV, conversion funnels, churn, etc.
- Strong business intuition and the ability to connect the dots between data and decisions.
- Experience managing data platforms, tooling, governance, and scalable analytics processes.
- You roll up your sleeves. You’re in the data yourself, not just managing people who are.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and comfortable navigating without a perfect map.
- Experience in a creator, commerce, or platform-based business.
- Familiarity with machine learning or predictive modeling techniques.
- Exposure to building or integrating AI agents—automating workflows, analysis, or customer-facing intelligence using tools like LangChain, vector DBs, LLM APIs, etc.
