About the Role:The Strategic Finance Senior Manager will help to build and scale the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes around our corporate operating spend. You will be responsible for partnering with teams across the organization to understand their resource needs, and making sure that we have visibility into how those needs evolve over time. Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Finance, you will play an important role in establishing scalable processes to ensure that our rapidly growing business is also doing so in an efficient manner.
What You’ll Do:Own Chief’s financial model end-to-end, including revenue, cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and the consolidated P&L.
Lead budgeting and monthly reforecasting, ensuring clear, consistent visibility into performance and expectations.
Build and maintain models, dashboards, and reporting that give leadership real-time clarity on how the business is tracking.
Own and improve the FP&A tool, driving better automation, accuracy, and usability for the Finance team.
Run month-end analysis with Accounting, identify key drivers, and translate insights into updated forecasts.
Lead budget vs. actual reporting, streamlining the overall process and delivering key insights to leadership across the organization
Partner directly with the Director, FP&A to size initiatives, evaluate trade-offs, and support day-to-day financial decisions.
Work with senior leaders across the company to understand needs, shape resourcing plans, and ensure spend aligns with priorities.
Lead headcount and compensation planning in collaboration with People Ops.
Operate as a high-impact individual contributor, balancing detailed execution with clear, thoughtful financial guidance.
Relevant work experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A at a fast-paced company
Expert knowledge of financial statement analysis and corporate finance concepts
Proficient with ERP Systems (GL + Planning Systems)
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Collaborative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative working style; able to build trusted relationships with all cross-functional business partners
Self-starter, inquisitive nature, attention to detail, diligence, work ethic, a learning mindset, positive attitude, and willingness to embrace unstructured environments and challenges
Experience with high growth SaaS or subscription-based business models

The base salary for this role is: $175,000
