The pay range is $89,700.00 - $161,500.00

As a Sr. Finance Manager, Properties Finance, you will:
- Lead core financial processes across the team including forecast, annual goal and long-range plan.
- Proactively assess & analyze total properties key performance indicators to pressure test financial assumptions, accuracy, and drive opportunities to pursue.
- Immerse yourself in the business to become an expert while bringing enterprise financial insights & external perspectives to your partners.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills required to foster relationships across properties senior leaders, accounting, and FP&A partners.
- Partner with the procurement team to influence and drive strategy of third-party contracts across the organization.

- 6+ years of finance and/or business experience, financial planning and analysis experience a plus
