As a Sr Manager FP&A, Global Supply Chain & Logistics (GSCL) you will:
Be the finance expert on Target Last Mile Delivery (TLMD) and Next Day Delivery (NDD); connecting topline growth and bottom-line savings in service of furthering Target’s commitment to faster delivery speeds at lower costs
Own financial routines for TLMD and NDD delivery, inclusive of long-range planning, annual budgeting, in-year forecasting, and actuals. Provide actionable insights to influence current and future business performance.
Scope and size financial impacts of TLMD, Next Day, and Sort Center delivery initiatives and projects
Collaborate across GSCL finance, developing end-to-end and market fulfillment financials
Drive cross functional connections across Shipt, Field, Operations, and Finance to support TLMD problem-solving, growth, and health
About you:
Four-year college degree, preferably in finance or business-related area. MBA a plus.
6+ years finance experience and/or business experience
Strong analytical aptitude and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage weekly routines, and effectively prioritize project deadlines
Ability to work with all levels of management with high level of autonomy, motivation, and self-direction
Willingness to establish and nurture connections across the enterprise to build a network of partners and resources
