We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager to oversee and manage our Business Systems and FP&A Data and Analytics. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) implementations and ongoing operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the systems align with our business goals and provide valuable insights to drive strategic reporting and system business decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of SAC and financial systems, strong background in data and analytics, excellent leadership skills, and ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure ERP systems compliance with SOX and ITGC as Control Owner
• Lead and respond to SOX audit requests
• Financial Systems Product Owner – translates business requirements to technical solutions
• Serve as SAC Administrator, handling integration activities (access, reconciliations, archiving, version control)
• Manage SAC/Systems Calendar and SharePoint
• Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure seamless integration of SAC and ERP with other systems
• Develop and manage CMM Financial Systems roadmap
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy and security in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for system projects and initiatives
• Develop and implement data analytics strategies with organizational goals
• Design and deliver advanced analytics solutions to solve complex business problems
• Create and maintain dashboard, reports and visualizations to provide insights to stakeholders
• Oversee the collection, storage and management of data across the organization
• Leadership and Management of ERP team
• Populate and reconcile system data in to other tools
• ERP administrator
• Work with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytical needs
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all SAC and ERP reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAC and ERP

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relative professional and managerial experience
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud
• ERP knowledge preferred
• Self-directed and able to develop team and execute work independently
• Ability to rapidly learn and if required evaluate a new tool or technology
• Strong verbal & written communication skills 
• Demonstrated technical leadership experience
• Be an innovative thinker
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics
• Must have a strong customer and quality focus
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree+ in related field

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$107,300 - $178,800
