As a Senior Manager within Financial Products & Services, you will lead and drive projects and programs across Target’s portfolio of financial products and services, including areas such as payments, credit, debit, and stored value. You will serve as a trusted business partner to senior leaders across Product, Finance, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to define priorities, shape our roadmap and deliver measurable business outcomes while leveraging data, insights, and industry trends to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and influence decisions that impact guest experience, growth, and profitability. About you:
Four Year Degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent experience
6+ years of experience in project or program management, financial services, payments, retail, consulting, or related business functions; demonstrates strong project/program management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data skills, including experience using data and analytical tools to translate complex information into clear plans, recommendations, and actions
Experience building and managing cross-functional relationships, influencing partners at multiple levels, and driving alignment and execution across internal and external stakeholders
Experience leading large-scale, complex projects, programs, or workstreams with significant business impact, including managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery across multiple teams and partners
