Job DescriptionThe Senior Manager, FP&A will manage financial consolidations including forecasts, month-end reporting, and ad-hoc leadership analysis. This position will also be in charge of developing solid cross-functional business partnerships, leading special projects, improving processes, financial modelling and implementing business intelligence tools.
What you will be responsible for:
- Manage and lead annual budget and long-range plan processes by partnering with business owners and finance leaders to create transparent and tactical plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Oversee royalty payment processes, ensuring payments are made on time, accurately and in compliance.
- Partner with Sales Leaders, HR & Accounting to review sales representative compensation, drive process refinements, and provide monthly performance reports.
- Leads monthly and quarterly close, reporting, and forecasting process developing in-depth analytics and value-added recommendations.
- Effectively lead, navigate, and implement change management and new processes with focus on process standardization and value-added analytics.
- Communicate analytical results verbally, in writing, and in presentation form to all levels of management.
- Provide consultation and financial guidance to support decision-making to all levels of management and other staff.
- Lead quarterly SOX processes across functions in a timely manner and in accordance with internal policy.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Advanced degree preferred
- A minimum of 7 years’ relevant financial analysis, financial consolidation, or FP&A experience is required
- Medical device industry experience is preferred
- 1 + years supervisory/management experience required
