Role Overview:
As the Senior Manager of Field Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive global marketing strategy to engage prospects, nurture relationships, and generate demand. You will own the end-to-end process for field marketing initiatives, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution. Partnering closely with Sales, Demand Generation, and external collaborators, you’ll create dynamic, data-driven campaigns and events aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Event Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive field events strategy, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, executive dinners, regional workshops, and creative activations.
- Lead all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, logistics, and follow-up, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with company objectives.
- Embrace creativity to deliver unique, engaging experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Campaign Development:
- Design and manage localized, culturally relevant marketing campaigns tailored to specific regions and audiences, in alignment with broader marketing and sales strategies.
- Collaborate on the creation of event swag and other creative marketing materials that amplify brand recognition and engagement.
- Sales and Demand Generation Alignment:
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify target accounts, develop joint strategies, and ensure alignment on priorities and goals.
- Work closely with the Demand Generation team to build on existing initiatives, creating a smooth transition and further refining strategy.
- Post-Event Processes:
- Implement and optimize processes for post-event lead management, reporting, and follow-ups to maximize pipeline and revenue impact.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Partner Marketing:
- Collaborate with channel and technology partners to co-market solutions, organize joint events, and leverage partner networks to amplify impact.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimal ROI for campaigns and events.
- Content Localization and Creation:
- Partner with Product Marketing and Content teams to develop and customize marketing materials that resonate with regional audiences.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or demand generation, ideally within the SaaS or technology industry.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing B2B field marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
- Process-oriented with exceptional project management skills, particularly in managing post-event processes.
- A creative and adaptable mindset with the ability to develop strategies and solutions from scratch.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including 1–2 international trips per year.
- Preferred:
- Familiarity with the device intelligence or fraud prevention space.
- Proficiency with marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and event management platforms.
Compensation Range
$150k - $215l For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all US based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
