Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
- Lead and develop a team of 8-10 merchandise planners & managers
- Connect the dots between commercial and operational plans, ensuring strategic alignment to long range initiatives
- Responsible for successful development and delivery of DTC sales and inventory plans.
- React quickly to trends, whereby today’s learnings impact future strategic plans and current strategy changes are clearly communicated and actioned
- Present plans and strategies to business leaders including “what if” scenarios and product/Go-to-Market recommendations
- Work effectively with cross-functional partners to drive results

- Strong statistical analysis and storytelling with data
- Ability to move quickly and navigate complex multi-season projects
We’d love to hear from people with
- 10+ years of merchandise planning, inventory management, buying or finance in a retail environment
- 6+ years of supervisory experience leading a team of 6+
- Experience managing brick & mortar and eCommerce, minimum $500M annual revenue
- Proven track record of analyzing and delivering financial results
- Advanced Excel skills

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
