The product strategy team at Dream11 is primarily responsible to create a powerful and focused strategy to drive user engagement and growth. As more competitors enter the market and as the product grows, the strategy team will be responsible to help the product team identify new opportunities & change existing ones in a rapidly evolving market. 

The strategy team's main responsibility is the creation of long lasting value. The team will work shoulder to shoulder with the product team and help with the creation of strategies and plans. Focusing on complete macroeconomic analysis and market research the team will help reach decisive conclusions on items such as features, pricing, promotions and any other areas which will help Dream11 or its users derive value.

Your Role:

• Act as a bridge between business and product teams, leveraging data to drive product development and long-term growth strategy
• Establish and track key product KPIs and build in-house analytics capabilities to support informed decision-making.
• Lead projects across product strategy, go-to-market planning, and market sizing, ensuring the development of detailed business cases
• Analyze global and local market trends, user behavior, and emerging technologies to proactively identify and implement innovative product feature recommendations

Qualifiers:

• 5+ years overall experience and 2+ years of significant experience with top-tier consulting firms
