Position Summary:

This position is responsible for providing operational support to a growing Market Access team specifically related to the criminal justice channel. This role will focus on operational execution of criminal justice, trade, and distribution tactics and criminal justice contract management.

This individual will need to have strong contracting and project management experience to manage criminal justice contracts and related alignment, data, analytics reporting, financial reporting, and budget reporting. This role involves ensuring the efficient execution of pricing policies, managing the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and supporting revenue optimization and market access. The Senior Manager, Criminal Justice Operations works closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support strategic goals.

Specific Duties:

  • Lead operational plans for Market Access, particularly criminal justice and manage project deliverables.
  • Ensure proper system set-up of pricing terms and process rebate payments.
  • Manage the day-to-day engagement with external rebate and chargeback partners.
  • Offer development and contract document creation for select accounts.
  • Analyze and interpret the implications of criminal justice contracting decisions and offer suggestions and alternatives as necessary.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of contract management process improvements.
  • Liaise between the Market Access, Trade/Distribution, matrix Commercial team and Regional Business Specialists to ensure effective and timely action on key projects, including:
    • BRIXADI market access post-launch planning and operations including criminal justice distribution network and contracting.
    • Criminal justice market access tactics design and implementation.
    • Performance management and communication with criminal justice entities.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders regarding market access metrics including pull through.
  • Identify critical issues and potential solutions that impact access across criminal justice stakeholders.
  • Communicate insights from analyses leading to meaningful business outcomes to Market Access leadership.
  • Manage, prioritize, and develop solutions for ad hoc requests and issue escalation reported by either internal (matrix Commercial team) or external (criminal justice entities) stakeholders.
  • Create, deliver, and present standard and ad hoc reports in alignment with Market Access strategies.
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies and procedures pertaining to reimbursement information and related matters.

  • Experience with pharmaceutical or device products.

  • Ability to work in matrix environment.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Familiarity with specialty pharmacies and distributors, patient services Hubs, and Copay Assistance programs.

Education/Experience:

  • BA/BS degree in business, communications, or life-science related field
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in Market Access/ Managed Care with increased responsibility.
  • Criminal justice contracting and/or operations experience is a plus.
  • Product launch experience highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Smartsheet, Salesforce, Veeva, and/ or other data visualization tools.
