Job Role / KRA’s:
- Ensuring Confirmation of Clearing House Trades on an exchange is done on a timely basis.
- Ensuring all the Contract Notes received from Broker are processed.
- Ensuring Exchange Orders received are processed.
- Early Pay-In of Securities and Funds.
- Margin Payment of Funds.
- Processing instructions on NSDL.
- Processing of Hand Delivery Trades.
- Processing of Corporate Debt Trades.
- Interacting with Brokers & Exchanges.
- Ensuring Client reports are sent on a timely basis.
- Processing of trades for PMS clients.
- Processing of trades for FDI clients.
- Responsible for ensuring clean Audits.
- Responsible for having Standard Operating Procedures and checklists in place for every activity.
- Responsible for having sufficient controls in every process.
- Ensure Regulatory requirements are complied.
- Responsible for meeting existing agreed TAT’s with Clients.
- Ensuring all the reports are sent to Exchange & Clearing Corporations on time
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Skills/Knowledge prerequisites:
Knowledge of Indian capital markets and SEBI & RBI Regulations for Custodian, equity, and debt settlement of trades.
- Commerce Graduate from any University.
Experience Profile:
- The job requires at least 8-10 years of experience, preferably in the Custody Services unit of any Bank.

- At least 8–10 years of professional experience
- Experience in Custody Services, preferably within a bank
- Knowledge of Indian capital markets and SEBI and RBI regulations for custodian, equity, and debt trade settlement
- Commerce graduate from a recognized university
