About The Role

The Sr Manager Contracts will be responsible for managing, drafting, negotiating and maintenance of customer contracts and other related legal documents for ISB AMS region, and management responsibilities

What You´ll Do

  • Lead and manage team of contract managers for the Americas region of DXC’s Insurance Software Business (ISB)

  • Lead the initiation, negotiation, execution, drafting and maintenance of contracts.

  • Support the maintenance of contract templates and standard agreements.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with contract managers on contract and negotiation strategies.

  • Assist team members in contract negotiations.

  • Maintain contract-related records.

  • Participate in contract process improvement initiatives.

  • Handle contract-related tasks as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now nor in the future

  • Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4+ years in a similar role

  • Experience in SaaS contracts and preferable within Insurance industry

  • Proven experience managing a team of contract managers

  • Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiations and management

  • Proficiency in contract law, risk assessment, contract negotiation and drafting, using contracts lifecycle management (CLM) systems

  • A continuous learner who stays current on industry and legal knowledge and technology

Work Environment

  • This position is hiring at our DXC office in Charlston, SC or on Eastern coast.
  • If you live within 40 km (25 miles) of a DXC office, you are expected to work onsite at least two days per week.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $119,900 - $222,700.
