Job Description
Your Team:
The Invesco Client Research team is dedicated to delivering comprehensive market research in support of Invesco's EMEA and Americas marketing groups. Our primary stakeholders include North American and EMEA marketing, sales and sales support teams, as well as product teams. We manage a wide array of research initiatives, encompassing proprietary research communities, secondary research management, customer experience (CX) research, and tracking studies. Additionally, we conduct custom research tailored to specific needs, ensuring our stakeholders have the actionable insights necessary to drive informed decision-making and strategic planning. One of our major areas of focus is the Invesco QQQ product and the marketing efforts that we do to promote Invesco QQQ globally.
Your Role:
The Senior Manager, Client Research, will play a crucial role in providing insights for data-driven decision making and strategic recommendations for Invesco QQQ on a global level. This position requires a highly analytical and strategic mindset, with a deep understanding of market research methodologies and the ability to translate complex data from numerous studies into actionable insights.
You will be responsible for:

Lead and oversee a comprehensive global research program to evaluate the effectiveness of Invesco QQQ marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and overall strategies. This includes evaluating innovative approaches for a best-in-class insights platform in support of Invesco QQQ.

Collaborate with various media partners to conduct media efficacy studies, including multi-channel video advertisement (VA) studies, measuring creative impact, messaging, and campaign efficacy.

Manage sponsorship research initiatives with local partnerships in key wealth centers, ensuring alignment with Invesco QQQ's objectives.

Conduct regular tracking studies among investors, advisors and institutional investors to gauge brand awareness, perception, and overall performance of Invesco QQQ within North America and globally.

Synthesize research findings from multiple sources and provide regular, comprehensive updates to the Invesco QQQ marketing team, offering data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns, sponsorships, and overall strategies.

Collaborate closely with the QQQ analytics team to develop insightful dashboards and comprehensive insights, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging research methodologies, ensuring Invesco QQQ remains at the forefront of client research.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing distribution, marketing, analytics, and product teams, to ensure effective integration of research insights into business strategies.
The experience you bring:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

5-7 years of experience in market research or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to diverse audiences

Proficiency in market research methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative techniques

Experience with data visualization tools and the ability to create compelling dashboards and reports

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in New York City is $105k to $120k annually.
