The Role

We are searching for our next Sr. Manager, B2B Marketing - Gaming. The Sr. Manager, B2B Marketing - Gaming will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies, including content, event, and branding that generate new lead opportunities for the business. With a focus on the Gaming industry and experience as their foundation, this role will be crucial in boosting Prodege's presence and reputation as a thought leader and a vital vehicle for user acquisition.

Primary Objectives:

  • Support Content-Driven Lead Generation.

Detailed Job Duties:

  • Regularly post meaningful content to support Prodege as a top thought leader.
  • Assist in managing a 12-month calendar with top, middle, and bottom funnel content.
  • Collaborate externally with top industry influencers to produce share-worthy content.
  • Develop relationships with media contacts to extend reach within the vertical.
  • Collaborate internally with design, sales, research, and Execs to support your vision.
  • Utilize testing and data to continuously improve results.
  • Stay informed about our competitive landscape to successfully position Prodege ahead of competitors.

Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Create detailed marketing plans that encompass campaign objectives, tactics, budgeting, and timelines.

Market Research and Insights:

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Utilize insights from internal data and market analysis to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Content Marketing and Thought Leadership:
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content that positions the company as a thought leader in the market research industry.
  • Develop a content calendar that strategically aligns with business goals and customer engagement cycles.

Lead Generation and Sales Support:

  • Design and execute lead generation campaigns to attract and convert qualified business leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing activities and sales objectives.
  • Provide sales enablement tools such as case studies, product sheets, and presentations that assist in the selling process.

Digital Marketing:

  • Manage the company’s online presence, including the corporate website, social media profiles, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize SEO, SEM, and social media marketing techniques to enhance visibility and engagement.

Event Marketing and Networking:

  • Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences that promote the company’s services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Engage in networking activities to build relationships with industry leaders and potential clients.

Performance Measurement and Analytics:

  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Report on marketing ROI and key performance indicators to senior management and adjust strategies

What does SUCCESS look like?

A successful Sr. Manager, B2B Marketing - Gaming will effectively support Prodege's marketing strategy, focusing on the gaming sector to enhance lead generation and thought leadership. They'll assist in content creation, help manage a comprehensive content calendar, and foster impactful partnerships both internally and externally. By leveraging data to refine marketing tactics and promoting strong collaboration across functions, this individual will significantly support Prodege's market presence and influence, ensuring the brand remains prominent in discussions within the gaming industry.

The MUST Haves:

  • Six (6+) years of experience in B2B Marketing.
  • Two or more (2+) years experience specific to the gaming B2B marketing industry.
  • Two or more years (2+) years managing a team.
  • Good understanding of gaming platforms (Apple iOS, Android, Consoles like Xbox and PS5, PC games).
  • Proficiency with app advertising networks (e.g., AppsFlyer, Tune, Unity).
  • Strong command over content creation and social media marketing that is ROI positive.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience hosting webinars and and public speaking preferred (eg. conferences).

The Nice to Haves:

  • Previous experience with ROI focused paid media B2B campaign execution is preferred.
  • ROI positive B2B campaigns on Social media platforms using Video content
