Job Title: Sr. Manager, Analytics
Compensation: $125,000 to $145,000

Adswerve is looking for a Sr. Manager, Analytics to join the Analytics Services Team! This person will lead all aspects of their assigned pod, managing 3-5 team members, understanding their goals, competencies and skills. This person will work cross functionally across the organization to define client requirements and develop reporting and analyses. The Sr. Manager, Analytics will own client relationships and all communications, delegating and prioritizing tasks to Senior Consultants on their pod. The ideal candidate has experience consulting on client projects, identifying areas of opportunity within client data, and translating GA and GTM solutions to all audiences.
This position will spend 50% of their time on client interactions, 35% management, 5% on Training and Development, and 10% on internal work.
Responsibilities
- Own multiple large, advanced clients projects and delegate work across the team in order of prioritization.
- Accurately scope projects, estimate time and lead a team to ensure successful and timely completion of work.
- Supervise a pod of 3 to 5 team members - providing ongoing feedback, administering mid-and-end of year performance reviews and planning ahead for team growth.
- Leads and participates in strategic discussions
- Understands the client landscape of products and can speak to industry trends & advanced analysis topics
- Research, analysis, documentation, facilitation, problem solving and delivering on assigned tasks within project scope and budget
- Use discretion and independent judgment to determine what analytics offerings will have the most positive impact on Adswerve’s growth and profitability.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics or related field
- Proven experience in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager or comparable tag management system. Google Analytics IQ Certified
- 8+ years of experience in an analytics role with at least 2 years of people management experience
- Experience with web-based technology
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and ensure timely delivery, providing the highest level of quality and empathy towards all clients and internal teams
- Previous experience client facing experience and leading multiple client projects
This position pays a base salary of $125,000 to $145,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
