Adobe Analytics empowers decision-making with accurate, timely, and insightful data. With drag-and-drop segment building and customizable reporting, marketers can discover high-value customers and the best ways to engage them. 

We accomplish all of the above by understanding the multi-device usage and the customer journey across those devices in their interactions with the brand, finding new insights, and identifying issues — all with real-time, multichannel data. 

By using experiential data from cross-channel marketing and sophisticated analytics, we get the most complete picture of the customers’ journey. 

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to understand and optimize the experience of Adobe’s Digital Experience customers. By partnering with Adobe Research and other business units, you will build products that address challenging business problems for Adobe’s enterprise customers.

What you'll do  

• Develop innovative models in collaboration with Adobe Research.

• Design, develop, and deploy applications powered by predictive and generative models, with a focus on building autonomous agents and using agentic frameworks for adaptive decision-making.

• Collaborate with the Product Management, Engineering and Research teams to architect and implement new AI/ML capabilities 

• Work with senior technical leaders to establish standards and best practices for rapidly taking AI/ML from research to customer feature with the highest quality and safety 

• Coordinate with other teams to align on priorities and drive our goals and projects forward 

• Provide technical mentorship and guidance 

• Create and instill a team culture that focuses on sound scientific processes, engineering excellence, and encourages deep engagement with our customers 

What you need to succeed  

• PhD (preferred) or MS degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field required. 

• 5+ years of experience building and shipping large scale ML solutions. 

• Sound knowledge of generative AI, common ML algorithms, and natural language processing 

• Experience with Python. Familiarity with cloud development on Azure/AWS.  

• Excellent analysis, and problem-solving skills.  

• Strong record of developing, leading, coaching, and mentoring software and machine learning engineers and scientists. 

• Experience in cultivating a positive and growth-oriented environment.
