  • Planning / executing all areas of learning platform to ensure cohesive results and high user engagement
  • Create, maintain and execute learning platform budget within the pre-approved expenditure allotments
  • Manage multiple projects at one time
  • Develop and launch new exciting initiatives and contests to drive participation
  • Review all training assets before loading to site to ensure accuracy
  • Plan and order prizing for learning site
  • Review all contest terms and conditions
  • Project manage all updates and enhancements to learning site to ensure on time deployment and accuracy
  • Ad-hoc administrative and project work where required. Account management across entire learning platform including postmortem learnings, campaign planning, regular in-depth ROI analysis.


Experience and Education:

  • 2+ years project management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or another related field preferred
  • Natural project manager, organized, detail-oriented and able to meet strict deadlines with third party agency partners
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Enterprise suite of products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Timely, effective and professional communication. High level of communication, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies and accept new challenges.
  • The ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.

  • Must be highly organized with an attention to detail
  • Must be able to meet deadlines while working independently
  • The ability to wear different hats as it pertains to job responsibilities and day-to-day requests
