ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Scale regional talent learning programs aligned with enterprise talent strategies and regional priorities.
  • Collaborate with regional HR leadership to provide visibility into Talent COE programs and support consistent information flow.
  • Develop and review learning content, materials, and resources.
  • Leverage learning management systems and digital platforms to enhance program reporting.
  • Facilitate communication and promote engagement with stakeholders at all levels to ensure program understanding, adoption, and success.
  • Gather and analyze data on program performance and participant feedback, elevating regional insights to support continuous improvement and regionalization.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs.
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze learning needs and measure program effectiveness.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively, influence stakeholders, and support cross-functional teamwork.
  • Facilitation capabilities to enable seamless program delivery.
