What You'll Do
- Lead and encourage a team of dedicated artists to develop flawless visual content.
- Develop and implement artistic strategies that align with our company's ambitious goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Coordinate the creation of world-class game art, from concept to final implementation.
- Maintain high standards of artistic quality and consistency across all projects.

- Review and provide constructive feedback on artwork to ensure it meets our outstanding standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends to keep our visual content competitive and innovative.

- Troubleshoot and resolve artistic issues to maintain the integrity of our visual products.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a lead artist in the gaming industry, with a portfolio showcasing world-class work.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a focus on game art and development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to encourage and mentor a team.
- Outstanding understanding of various artistic techniques and tools.
- Ability to strictly adhere to project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A strong attention to detail and a solid sense of aesthetics.
- Experience with both 2D and 3D art.
- Knowledge of industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, and ZBrush.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Art, Build, or a related field is preferred.
